Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Quadrical collects through our website, why, and what you can do about it. We've kept it plain on purpose.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers our website, quadrical.ai, and things you do through it: browsing, filling in forms, booking a demo, applying for a job, or emailing us.

It does not cover the Quadrical platform. Data processed on the platform on behalf of our customers is governed by the customer agreement and data processing terms we sign with them.

2. What we collect

Which you give us

• Contact details: name, work email, phone number, company, job title
• Whatever you write in a form, a demo request or an email
• For job applications: your resume, work history, links and anything else you choose to send

We collect automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, referring site and time on page
• Cookie and similar technology data (see section 5)

3. How we use it

• To reply to you and set up demos
• To run, secure and improve the website
• To understand how visitors use our site
• To send product updates and marketing, where you've agreed or the law allows. You can opt out any time.
• To review and respond to job applications
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to train AI models.

4. Our legal basis (for EU/UK visitors)

We process your information where: you've given consent (for example, non-essential cookies and marketing); we need to respond to your request or take steps you asked for; we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business that doesn't override your rights; or the law requires it.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how it's used.

• Essential: needed for the site to function.
• Analytics: help us see which pages are useful. We may use Google Analytics, Framer Analytics.
• Marketing: we currently use none, but from time to time we may use LinkedIn Insight Tags.

Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You may also choose to block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Who we may share it with

• Service providers that help us run the website and business, such as hosting, analytics, email and CRM tools like Framer. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
• A buyer or successor if Quadrical is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

7. Where your information goes

We operate in Canada, the United States and India. Your information may be processed in those countries and others where our providers operate. Where required, we use safeguards such as contractual protections for transfers.

8. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires. As a guide: enquiries and demo requests for up to 12 months after our last contact; job applications for up to 12 months; analytics data for up to 14 months.

9. How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls and vetted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you and regulators as the law requires.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct it, or ask us to delete it
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Receive a copy of it in a portable format
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share it)
• Complain to your local regulator: for example the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, your EU/UK data protection authority, or the Data Protection Board of India

To use any of these rights, email connect@quadrical.ai. We may need to verify your identity first, and we'll respond within the time the law allows. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

11. Marketing emails

We'll only send marketing emails with your consent or where the law allows. You can email back and ask us to stop, and we will do so quickly.

12. Children

Our website is for business audiences and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

13. Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their privacy practices.

14. Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in a more visible way.
